Join us for Restoration Fellowship’s 2026 Church Getaway!

We’re excited to invite you and your family to Restoration Fellowship’s 2nd Annual Church Getaway. Last year we filled so many cabins that we had to rent some Airbnbs. This year we’ve reserved the entire campground at Camp Berea in Hebron, New Hampshire, so we have more spots available than last year. Invite your friends! The getaway is a wonderful opportunity to grow in your faith, enjoy meaningful fellowship, and create lasting memories.

Please sign up with a $40 per person deposit by Wednesday, May 27. The balance can be paid in August. Scholarships are available, so don't let finances be the reason for not attending. It is our desire to see our entire community experience this retreat together, and we are prioritizing financial support for those who have a need.

DETAILS

Dates: August 27, 2026 (check in 4pm) - August 30, 2026 (check out 2pm)

Location: Camp Berea (68 Berea Rd, Hebron, NH 03241)

Pricing: The prices listed below cover all activities (such as boat rides and kayaking) and meals beginning with dinner on Thursday through lunch on Sunday. Costs vary depending on your housing choice. All rooms have bathrooms attached. You can choose a shared bunk room, a private bunk room for your family or group of friends, or a hotel-style room. If you’re a young adult or college student, we’ve automatically discounted the price for you! There are also options below to request a scholarship, if needed, or to donate extra money to help others attend. (Note that children 3 and under are free.)

If you are coming by yourself or with friends and you select a shared bunk room, you will be housed with others of the same gender. You may request friends to room with, and we will do our best to keep you together. The shared bunk rooms have twin bunk beds for 4-10 people and a bathroom. These are the same type of bunk rooms as the private bunk rooms. If you are requesting a private bunk room for 4-10 people, please have only one person in your group submit a registration form including everyone’s names. You can coordinate the payment amongst yourselves however you’d like to. Multiple families cannot share a private bunk room unless everyone is of the same gender.

In addition to shared bunk rooms and private bunk rooms the retreat center also has 8 hotel-style rooms (4 with a queen bed and pullout sofa – and 4 with a full bed and a bunk bed). Last year we ran out of hotel-style rooms quickly because they were in high demand. This year, hotel-style rooms will be reserved for parties of 2 to 4 (not for an individual).

Shared bunk room: $225 per person
Shared bunk room (young adult): $150 per person
Shared bunk room (college student): $125 per person
Private bunk room for families or friends: $250 per person
Hotel-style room: $300 per person (parties of 2 to 4)

2-nights only (arriving Friday evening, leaving Sunday afternoon): subtract $50 per person

Bedding and towels ARE NOT provided in any of the bunk rooms. Bedding and towels ARE provided in the hotel-style rooms.

If signing up for a private bunk room for your family or friends, please choose one person to register for the whole group. Be sure to include everyone’s contact info and the group can coordinate to share the costs.

Cancellation Policy

We value your commitment to attend the Church Getaway. If you need to cancel on or before July 27 you may receive a full refund minus the $40 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations after July 27 may require you to pay the full balance if we are unable to fill your spot with another person or family. We understand that unexpected situations may arise and will do our best to be flexible in cases of extenuating circumstances.

Payment

Deposit only: Sign up by May 27 with a $40 non-refundable deposit per person on this form (ages 4+). The balance will be due on August 9.

If you are requesting a scholarship, please select "Request a scholarship." A pastor will reach out to you after you submit your registration.

If you would like to pay by check, please select "Pay by check." Please make the check payable to "Restoration Fellowship," and write “2026 Church Getaway” on the memo line, and bring the check to the Welcome Table on Sunday or to a member of the Church Getaway planning team.
