Join Us for Our 2025 Labor Day Getaway: Rest and Play!
Friday, August 29, 2025 to Monday, September 1, 2025

We’re excited to invite you and your family to Restoration Fellowship’s very first Labor Day Getaway! The theme is “Rest and Play!” and it will be a special time to relax, recharge, and reconnect with God and one another. This weekend is a wonderful opportunity to grow in faith, enjoy meaningful fellowship, and create lasting memories together. It is our desire to see the entire community get away together, and we are prioritizing financial support for those who have a need. Please do not let finances be a reason for you not to join.

Because we need to submit a deposit to the camp by the end of May, we are asking you to register with a $40 non refundable deposit by May 27th. The balance can be paid in August.

Spaces are limited, so be sure to register early! Any registrations received after May 27 will be accommodated based on available space.

We are thankful for the many dedicated members of our Labor Day Getaway Planning Team who are working together to make this Getaway possible. We can’t wait to experience this special time with the entire RF community!

Dates: August 29, 2025 (check-in 4pm) - September 1, 2025 (check out 10am)

Location: Camp Berea (68 Berea Rd, Hebron, NH 03241)

Pricing: Covers all activities, 3 nights, 8 meals (starting Friday dinner to Monday breakfast). Costs vary depending on your housing choice. All rooms have bathrooms attached. You can choose shared housing, private bunk rooms, or hotel style rooms. If you’re a student, we’ve automatically discounted the price for you! There is a spot below to request additional financial aid, if needed. There is also an option to donate extra to help others attend.

Option 1: Student discount shared bunk style housing (bring your own linens): $100 (newly discounted!)

Option 1a: Young Adult shared bunk style housing (bring your own linens): $125 (newly discounted!)

Option 2: Shared room bunk style housing (bring your own linens): $225

If you are coming by yourself, you will be housed with others of the same gender. These are the same rooms as the family and friend housing. The cabins have twin bunk beds for 6-10 people and a bathroom. You may request friends to room with, and we will do our best to keep you together

Option 3: Private bunk style Family/Friend housing (bring your own linens): price varies by number of people (see below) -- WAITLIST*

Rooms have twin bunk beds that sleep 6-10 people and a bathroom. If you have a group of friends (same gender) you’d like to reserve a room with, please have one friend register for you as a group like a family would, and you can coordinate shared payment with your group. Private bunk rooms are the same fee for 1-2 people and then there is an additional charge of $205 for each additional person.

Cancellation Policy

We value your commitment to attend the Labor Day Getaway. If you need to cancel on or before July 29, 2025, you may receive a full refund minus the $40 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations after July 29 may require you to pay the full balance if we are unable to fill your spot with another person or family. We understand that unexpected situations may arise and will do our best to be flexible in cases of extenuating circumstances.

Deposit only: A $40 non-refundable deposit per person (ages 4+) is required to reserve your spot. Final Payment Due: August 10, 2025.

If you are requesting a scholarship, please select "Scholarship." A pastor will reach out to you after you submit your registration.

If you would like to pay by check, please select "Pay by Check." Please make the check payable to "Restoration Fellowship," and write “Labor Day Getaway” on the memo line, and bring the check to the Welcome Desk on Sunday or to a member of the Getaway Planning Team.
